Accessible Production Masterclass (Virtual)

This event is co-presented with the generous support of Warner Bros. Discovery Access Canada and AMI.

A panel of experts in production accessibility will provide an overview of their practices, before working together to build an accessibility plan for a screen-based project, giving the opportunity for the audience to understand the process through a direct approach, and answering questions throughout. If you are a creator or emerging or established industry professional, this event is for you!

The Masterclass will be moderated by Ophira Calof (disability arts practitioner, AccessCBC, Project Dis/Play) and will be facilitated by Kiah Amara (Production Accessibility Coordinator, IndieVISIBLE) and Michelle Asgarali (writer/producer).

This virtual event will take place on June 1st at 7:00-8:30 PM EST on Zoom. ASL interpretation and captioning will be available. A link will be sent out to registrants.

The following access features will be available:
